"BloodLight is an impressionistic depiction of vampires in real life, hungry and sensual beings among shadows. The piece is stylized in its blurred distinction between fictional narrative and video documentary. Picking up on the reinvigorated interest in vampire mythology in the last 10 or so years (Twilight, Let the Right One In, etc..), BloodLight investigates this mythology from a perspective that is low, sensual, and whispering below convention."
